Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative care team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care to enhance patient experience.Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.Communicate care plans with team members and support shared governance activities.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment.Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).Current RN license; multi-state or single-state certification.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
