Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for providing high-quality patient care within a team environment. Acts as a frontline representative, coordinating care plans, assessing patient conditions, and delivering safe, effective treatments in accordance with policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.Advocate for patients’ needs, providing education and addressing concerns to enhance patient-centered care.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and safety.Foster professional growth through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support fellow nurses, promoting a positive work environment and professional standards. Qualifications Associates or Diploma Nursing required; Bachelor’s Nursing preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills essential.
