About the Role
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Total Joint care, delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
- Partner with patients and families to deliver individualized care that respects cultural diversity and promotes positive outcomes.
- Ensure effective interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and collaboration to support safe and quality care.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a healthy work environment.
- Uphold organizational policies, legal standards, and clinical competencies, including safety and quality standards.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
- Support professional growth and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact).
- BLS certification (or equivalent).
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with completion of an accredited nursing program.
