Position Highlights

• HOURS: Days, Monday-Friday
• May be eligible for $1500 sign on bonus!!
• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible through Avera’s program
• Clinic LPN Pay Scale: $22.50-27.00-31.50
• Clinic RN Pay Scale: $27.75-34.50-41.25

Responsible for

• Provides professional nursing care to patients and families.
• Communicates with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.

What You Will Do

• Performs general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Captures and documents patient information in the patient chart.
• Coordinates patient care activities for the clinic.
• Prepares equipment and assists providers during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing of patients.
• Maintains exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials.
• Ensures cleanliness and prepares lists of medical supplies needed.
• Assures appropriate labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol as needed.
• Performs quality control and maintains records on all lab testing.

• The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.

Required Education, License/Certification, Or Work Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing
• An active license in the state of practice
