Wound Care Nurse - RN or LPN

Job Summary

NHC Lewisburg is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join their team. They are a 100-bed post-acute skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with various wounds and injuries.
• Provide direct wound care treatments and nursing procedures.
• Focus on preventative care to minimize infections and complications.
• Cookordinate care with our interdisciplinary team and provide education to patients and families.

Requirements

• Current nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Proven experience in wound care, specifically with seniors.
• Ability to communicate clearly with other health professionals to coordinate patient plans.
