Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care - Night Shift

Aim of the Role

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards

Requirements

• Licensed RN or LPN in the State of Michigan
• New and upcoming graduate nurses accepted!
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
