• Assess and Adapt: Each visit starts with evaluating your patient's current condition, medical needs, and overall well-being. No two patients are the same, and no two days look alike.
• Create and Modify Care Plans: You're not just following orders—you're actively shaping your patients' treatment plans based on what they need, adjusting care as conditions change.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred)
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation for patient visits
