Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients and families
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognizing subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for your patients
• Providing safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care grounded in strong clinical judgment
• Serving as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely, well-coordinated care decisions
• Providing clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety
• Contributing your voice during interdisciplinary rounds, helping drive seamless communication and smooth transitions of care
• Taking an active role in a highly collaborative team environment where shared accountability and teamwork directly impact outcomes

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Associate’s Science in Nursing degree required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience highly preferred
• Comfortable with electronic medical record systems (EMR) such as EPIC

Schedule

Full-Time Day shift 7a‑3p, 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday, every other weekend, weekend and weekday on‑call required, with holiday rotation.

Pay

$49.28 – $67.04 per hour.
