Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Infusion - Full Time Day

This role is for an RN Oncology Infusion Therapist working in an outpatient setting, primarily supporting chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies for malignant and nonmalignant conditions. The RN demonstrates clinical expertise in oncology infusion, providing safe, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position involves serving as a clinical resource, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and mentoring new staff or students. The RN is expected to maintain current knowledge through ongoing education, pursue specialty certifications, and adhere to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. They will participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to optimize patient care and safety. Local travel and flexibility to float between multiple sites within 35 miles are required.
