About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Oncology to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for assigned patients per shift and unit.
- Supervising staff and delegating care appropriately.
- Ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing practices aligned with safety standards, risk management, and infection control.
- Coordinating and integrating patient care within medical protocols.
- Fulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and adhering to emergency protocols.
- Supporting the Clinical Nurse Officer (CNO) to maintain staff competency, resource management, and quality care standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current license, certification, or registration as required by law.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
