Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Oncology, providing direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to assigned patients.
- Supervise staff and delegate care appropriately, ensuring compliance with safety standards, risk management, and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate patient care within medical regimes, support high standards of safety and quality, and fulfill emergency response roles as needed.
- Contribute to resource management and uphold hospital policies during emergencies.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, ensure patient safety, support clinical staff competency, and participate in emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure or registration as required by law, with CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
