About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care for oncology patients.
  • Supervising staff and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care.
  • Coordinating patient care according to medical protocols and nursing standards.
  • Supporting hospital emergency protocols and adhering to safety and infection control policies.
  • Fulfilling all hospital incident command system duties during emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure or certification to practice as a registered nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Skills

  • Exceptional clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Leadership abilities to supervise and delegate effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
