About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care for oncology patients.
- Supervising staff and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care.
- Coordinating patient care according to medical protocols and nursing standards.
- Supporting hospital emergency protocols and adhering to safety and infection control policies.
- Fulfilling all hospital incident command system duties during emergencies.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure or certification to practice as a registered nurse.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Skills
- Exceptional clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and delegate effectively.
- Knowledge of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
