About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Oncology to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a shift basis.
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Supporting hospital leadership to maintain high standards of nursing practice, safety, and resource management.
- Coordinating patient care within medical regimes, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Fulfilling emergency and disaster response roles, including knowledge of hospital emergency codes.
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and quality improvement protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse, with CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
