We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios. In the Nursing Resource Pool you could float to any of the units listed below: Atrium East (Med/Surg)Atrium West & Courtyard Rehab (Inpatient Rehabilitation)Courtyard East (Med/Surg) The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit. Shift Available: 7pm-7:30am Status Available: Full time, benefit eligible (72 hours per pay period – every two weeks) Every 3rd Weekend and holiday requirements Required Qualifications Requires current Michigan Nursing LicenseOne year of recent medical-surgical or higher acuity level nursing experience requiredGraduation from accredited nursing programNew hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five yearsCanadian Nurse are encouraged to apply About The Chelsea Hospital Chelsea Hospital is a 103-bed, not-for-profit hospital established in 1970 leading the way in patient safety in satisfaction.
