Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in departments such as Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care
• Adeptly adapt to different clinical environments, patient populations, and unit needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support patient outcomes and team communication

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Utah (or compact license)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or women’s services
• Two years acute RN experience preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date

Posting Specifics

• Location: Intermountain Medical Center – Murray, Utah
• Shift Details: Full-time, variable shifts or straight nights (Shift differential available)
• Schedule: Flexible holiday staffing and varied weekend requirements
• Compensation: Includes a 10% Float Pool differential and potential cross-training incentives
• Relocation Assistance: May be available for qualified external candidates

Work Requirements

• Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
• May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
