Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in departments such as Women’s Services, Labor & Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care
- Adeptly adapt to different clinical environments, patient populations, and unit needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support patient outcomes and team communication
Minimum Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Utah (or compact license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in acute care, critical care, or women’s services
- Two years acute RN experience preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
Posting Specifics
- Location: Intermountain Medical Center – Murray, Utah
- Shift Details: Full-time, variable shifts or straight nights (Shift differential available)
- Schedule: Flexible holiday staffing and varied weekend requirements
- Compensation: Includes a 10% Float Pool differential and potential cross-training incentives
- Relocation Assistance: May be available for qualified external candidates
Work Requirements
- Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
- May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
