Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required
- Full‑time position; 36 hours per week
- Night shift: 7 pm – 7 am
- Nursery/Mom & Baby patient population
- Shadowing may occur during the interview (plan for 3–4 hours on‑site; alternatives can be arranged if needed)
Compensation
The base pay range for full‑time employment is $41.93 – $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
