Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Navigator - $35-47 per hour

Role: The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides personalized support, education, and care coordination for cancer patients and their families. Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison among patients, staff, physicians, and hospital departments to ensure seamless, timely, and coordinated care. Identifies diagnostic results, facilitates care processes, and develops educational programs. Performs as a clinician, advocate, facilitator, and researcher to improve patient outcomes and experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field, with a minimum of 3 years of medical specialty experience. Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Florida, BLS certification, and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential. Basic computer skills and membership in professional organizations are preferred. Key Duties: Coordinate patient care, advocate for patients, facilitate education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional cancer care. The role involves developing educational content, evaluating programs, and supporting patients throughout their cancer journey.
