Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Navigator - Hourly

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator provides comprehensive support to cancer patients, acting as a liaison among patients, healthcare staff, and physicians. Responsibilities: Facilitates coordinated care, ensures timely diagnostics, and develops educational programs. Acts as clinician, advocate, and educator to improve patient experiences and outcomes within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, at least 3 years of experience in a medical specialty, and a valid RN license in Florida. Must hold BLS and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credentials. Basic computer skills and membership in professional organizations are preferred. Key Duties: Identify educational needs, coordinate care, advocate for patients, and provide personalized support through the cancer journey. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional oncology care and contribute to ongoing educational initiatives.
