About the Role

This role involves leading and managing nursing and patient care activities within a designated area. You will develop care delivery models, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance the quality of nursing services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Active nursing license (RN).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, legal requirements, and managed care.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
• Specialty certification (preferred).
