Registered Nurse (RN) Manager

About the role

Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
Assure the delivery of care meets expectations
Assess current and prospective residents
Aid in the hiring of clinical care staff
Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience supervising staff
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• A passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset

Pay

$70,000 - $75,000/year
