About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations within a community-focused health center.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical and support team operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care
- Support staff development through coaching, evaluations, and performance management
- Manage staff schedules, workflows, and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Support providers in delivering high-quality care and addressing patient concerns
- Monitor regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and documentation accuracy
- Oversee equipment, inventory, and departmental budgets
- Ensure staff credentials, certifications, and adherence to policies and standards
- Participate in community outreach and program-specific initiatives like VFC
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active and unrestricted Florida RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience, experience in primary care or community health
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EHR systems, clinical workflows, and staff mentoring
- Problem-solving and operational management capabilities
