About the role

We are currently searching for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. As an RN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Serve as a team leader for the clinical department
• Advocate for your residents' comfort and safety

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

Qualifications

• Prior Registered Nurse experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate

Pay & schedule

• Hourly pay rate: $39.00 to $45.00
• Same day pay available
• Shifts available: 7:00am–3:30pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, and 11:00pm–7:30am
• Shift differentials offered
