Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Offers relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations, collaborates with team members, documents care, and promotes performance improvement initiatives.
• Acts as a preceptor or mentor, supports research and performance improvement, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates or Diploma Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN license (single state or multi-state), and certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
• A minimum of 5 years RN experience is required.
