About the Role

Join our team as a PRN Night Shift (7pm-7am) Registered Nurse at Forest City Hospice House. We are seeking compassionate RNs who prioritize meaningful patient experiences. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the care team to ensure quality care. You will serve as the driver of our care team, fostering a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate quality care.
  • Lead and support the care team in delivering compassionate hospice services.

Requirements

  • A heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing exceptional care.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
