Registered Nurse (RN) NEW RATES $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is a 258-bed facility recognized throughout the Hudson Valley for outstanding delivery of subacute and long-term care. We provide a calm, friendly, and healthy environment for our residents and employees.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $38.50–$41.00 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Work using guidelines established by the Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and sound nursing judgment
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation care
• Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care
• Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate responses
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel
• Provide input in the formulation and evaluation of standards of care
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices)
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with patient/resident rights
• Provide patient/resident/family/caregiver education as appropriate
• Conduct self professionally in compliance with unit and facility policies
• Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled

Requirements

• Graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing
• Minimum of one year of medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care (hospital) or long-term care setting (acute/critical care preferred)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice
• Reliable source of transportation
