About the role

Ozark Care and Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful individuals who share our passion for exceptional care in senior living. We partner with a vast network of skilled nursing centers across 3 states to support our small team environment of caring professionals with the resources and benefits of a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
  • Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
  • Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
  • Sets nursing care assignments based on resident needs and team member capabilities
  • Administers medications
  • Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
  • Documents treatments as required
  • Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid RN license for the state of Missouri
  • Valid CPR certification
