Registered Nurse (RN) / New Graduate

About the role

This new graduate RN program offers 12 weeks of structured training with a dedicated preceptor, providing a seamless transition into a successful nursing career. The program integrates education and preceptorship to support your gradual, deliberate orientation to the professional role of the registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, implement assessment plans, evaluate patient care, and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
• Initiate systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
• Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans containing problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure that medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
