Registered Nurse (RN) / New Graduate

This new graduate RN program offers 12 weeks of structured training with a dedicated preceptor, providing a seamless transition into a successful nursing career. The program integrates education and preceptorship to support your gradual, deliberate orientation to the professional role of the registered nurse. In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will implement assessment plans, evaluate patient care, and develop comprehensive nursing care plans. You will initiate systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs. You will interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans containing problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning. You will participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals. You will ensure that medical records are complete, factual, accurate, and timely. Success in this role requires demonstrating understanding of patient needs, ensuring patients feel informed and heard, and providing superior quality care.
