Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent treatment throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan containing problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the new graduate orientation program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Experience working with medically complex patients preferred.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic medical records systems.

Pay
