Role Overview

This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care by developing individualized care plans, assessing patient conditions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. The nurse reviews physician prescriptions, communicates effectively with the healthcare team, and coordinates patient care to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient histories and examinations.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices.
• Evaluate patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and ensure adherence to therapeutic standards.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following infection control, medication, and safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and ensure proper maintenance and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing learning and adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state.
• Effective communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of clinical experience.
