Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro- FT
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support the needs in our Colorado programs. This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within a designated site in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The nurse is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients, designing and implementing treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence-based practice, and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training/education to clients, family members, and staff regarding health, wellness, and medical stability. The Registered Nurse directs the practice of Behavior Techs and/or CNAs on the unit and may participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a case management caseload, including residential neurorehabilitation services, supported living, and day treatment clients.
- Facilitate funding communications, provide clinical updates, and support discharge planning.
- Foster partnerships and address any identified issues as needed.
- Perform assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients.
- Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
- Provide training/education to clients, family members, and staff on health, wellness, and medical stability.
- Direct the practice of Behavior Techs and/or CNAs on the unit.
- Participate in the program’s on-call rotation (as needed).
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in nursing is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain responsible driving behaviors.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay
$42-50 per hour based on education and experience.
