Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily patient needs such as medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and plan of care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely according to hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Completion of a BSN program within the last 5 years.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and standards of care.
