About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), responsible for providing family-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a full-time, night-shift schedule.
• Apply clinical knowledge and skills to support critically ill infants.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Required BLS certification; ACLS and CCRN preferred.
• Patient-focused, compassionate, and mission-driven caregiver.
