Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby care, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinating safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation.Supporting performance improvement activities, research, and shared governance.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster a competent future workforce.Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Qualifications Include Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Associate’s or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s preferred.Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS, NRP, and others as required.
