Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby (Part-Time Days)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby care, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practices.Delivering relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.Ensuring documentation, safety, and adherence to clinical standards.Promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.Serving as a mentor or preceptor, supporting professional development, and engaging in research and quality improvement activities.Supporting resource planning and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS, NRP, and relevant licensing required upon hire.Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.Proficient in technology use, critical thinking, and able to respond effectively in emergencies.
