About the role
Provides patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote health and restore patient well-being. Combines caring, compassion, knowledge, and integrity to ensure safe, quality care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Educate patients, families, and significant others about health management
- Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning
- Complete assigned goals and duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum computer literacy required; preferred skills in healthcare-related technology
- Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
