About the Role
Medical Surgical RN is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Department Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule
Full time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shift (7p-7a).
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
- Collaborate with the person, family, significant others, and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
- Evaluate and document patient’s progress
