About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, delegation, and collaboration. The RN manages a group of patients, monitors progress, and prepares patients for discharge, working closely with physicians and support staff. This role involves leadership, supervision, teaching, and partnership to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks to support staff.
• Participate in shared decision-making with the healthcare team.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patient progress.
• Prepare patients for discharge.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
