About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical role provides high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
Responsibilities
- Care for a diverse patient population with medical and surgical conditions
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team including physicians, hospitalists, licensed nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, respiratory therapists, care managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop individualized care plans to support patient recovery and achieve best possible outcomes
- Possess a wealth of experience from various specialty areas and provide a supportive environment for collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Practice at the top of your license, build strong relationships with teammates, and make a meaningful impact during patients' important moments
- Work 36-hour night shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Requirements
- One year of recent RN experience required
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Pay
Up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
