Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg/Cardiac department, providing compassionate patient care in an Intermediate Care unit. Responsibilities: Establish a supportive environment through emotional, psychological, and spiritual care; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; promote patient independence by setting care goals, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to standards; monitor health outcomes and recommend adjustments to care plans. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, BLS certification, graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred), healthcare experience is advantageous. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality nursing care, support patients' emotional and physical needs, educate families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
