Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg/Cardiac unit, providing compassionate patient care, emotional support, and promoting health and independence. Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with healthcare teams, and supervise staff.Develop and implement patient care goals, educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.Ensure quality care by adhering to standards, evaluating outcomes, and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practice state; BLS certification required.Healthcare experience is preferred.
