About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med Surg to provide direct patient care within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care on a shift basis.
- Develop and modify care plans for admitted patients.
- Deliver nursing interventions aligned with medical plans.
- Perform specialty procedures and accurately document care.
- Supervise staff and support quality, safety, and resource management.
- Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure and applicable state permit.
- Certification in BLS, with ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP required within specified periods, depending on department.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Demonstrated clinical competence, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high‑quality patient care.
