Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs, administer treatments, document care, and support patient recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Relevant experience in medical-surgical units
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Skills
- Commitment to quality care
- Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic environment
Certifications
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
- PALS required if not current
