Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - $31+ per hour

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Med Surg to provide high-quality patient care. This is a staff position with an emphasis on professional growth, standards of practice, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Developing and documenting personalized care plans within designated timeframes
• Performing comprehensive patient interventions with proficiency and age-specific competency
• Providing emergency treatment as necessary
• Verifying orders, medication reconciliation, scheduling tests, and ensuring proper documentation
• Following medication and IV therapy policies, administering medications safely, and monitoring for adverse reactions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Valid Multi-State RN license or license from a compact state with application for multi-state licensure within 30 days
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification (obtained within 7 days of hire)
• Basic Rhythms certification within orientation
• Relevant clinical experience, assessed on a case-by-case basis
