Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Supervisor responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the unit, patient care, staffing, and strategic goals.
Responsibilities

- Maintains professional competency
- Demonstrates flexibility in emergencies
- Prioritizes and delegates duties
- Supports staff development
- Monitors quality improvement initiatives
- Ensures safe patient care
- Manages staff
- Oversees unit performance
- Performs related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Valid Multi-State RN License
- BLS CPR certification
- CPI certification
- Other unit-specific certifications within orientation period
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience
- Leadership ability
