About the role

A Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license and required certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
