Registered Nurse - Medical ICU - Critical Care - Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating care plans; advocating for patient needs; delivering safe and effective treatments; documenting patient information; and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Key duties: Monitoring patient conditions, communicating with patients and families, promoting patient satisfaction, supporting professional growth, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's nursing degree preferred; valid RN license; certifications in BLS and ACLS; experience in patient care; strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development and adherence to standards.
