About the role

Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Deliver safe, effective care according to policies and document all patient interactions and care activities.
• Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Support professional development, maintain licenses and certifications, and engage in mentorship and leadership.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance.
• Support organizational policies, participate in training, and perform assigned tasks to foster a patient-centered care environment.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and quality improvement.
