Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Per Diem

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg for a dynamic, fast-paced unit focused on post-surgical and high-acuity patients. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor and document patient conditions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families tailored to their needs.Leadership: Delegate tasks to ancillary staff, precept students and new hires, and ensure quality care delivery.
