Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Per Diem

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg role on a 26-bed unit focusing on cardiac and medical patients. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on assessments, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and providing education tailored to patients' needs. The role involves delegating care to support staff, precepting students and new hires, and working collaboratively to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications include a Maine RN license or ability to obtain one and at least 1 year of experience; new graduates are welcome. The position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule on night shifts (7p-7a), with weekend and holiday rotations.
