Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Per Diem

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg role in a fast-paced acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate patient care for diverse conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, post-surgical, and cardiac issues.Monitoring cardiac rhythms using telemetry and interpreting strips.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Assisting with outpatient infusions and maintaining accurate documentation.Supporting high-quality care in a 16-bed unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in acute or rural hospital settings.Certifications in BLS and PALS required.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and telemetry monitoring skills preferred.Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for weekend rotations.
